Janna graduated as her class representative and co-valedictorian in 2018 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s New Westminster campus.
Using her calm and inquisitive nature, as well as confident communication and hands-on skills, she strives to find the source of pain and discomfort in those seeking her help and does her best to ensure each person receives the most appropriate treatment possible to reach their massage therapy goals. Janna uses a combination of Swedish massage, fascial techniques, stretching, deeper neuromuscular techniques, as well as joint mobilizations in practice.
In her spare time, she keeps busy with her husband, son, dog and reptiles while still finding time to bake, garden and have a regular yoga practice.

Erinn grew up in Kamloops, even after visiting over 30 countries, BC still has her heart. She can’t see herself living elsewhere. Like many RMT’s she moved to Vernon for massage school, graduated in 2021 and it’s been home ever since.
Growing up playing competitive sports and being surrounded by family in health care made her passionate about health and wellness from the get go. Illness, injury and stress present themselves differently in each of us and to treat the source rather than the symptoms.
Whatever the reason may be, Erinn believes in incorporating both an orthopaedic and relaxing approach to help your mind and body feel their best.

Michelle obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics in 2015 at Trinity Western University and then continued on to receive her massage diploma from OVCMT in 2018.
Michelle is passionate about health and wellness. She understands the demand that every day life and sports have on our bodies. She enjoys learning new things about the human body on a daily bases and strives to find the root cause of pain. Michelle uses a variety of techniques and loves incorporating deep tissue and myofascial release into her treatments. Recently Michelle took the k-taping course and finds it to be a great addition at the end of a treatment! severe injury that impacted her dancing. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in
massage therapy.
After graduating from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in November 2023, she
became dedicated to helping clients recover from musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain.

Alisha graduated from OVCMT in 2014. She has always been passionate about health and wellness and helping people decrease pain in their daily lives.
She has taken multiple courses to expand her knowledge in myofasical manipulation, visceral (organ) release, as well as a kinesio- taping course to encourage the muscles to release even after the massage session is complete.
Alisha also uses deep tissue and relaxation techniques to be effective but also help calm the body systems.
