At Local Collective Therapy Center, we offer convenient parking in front of our clinic for clients. Please ensure you are parked in one of the stalls clearly marked Local Collective Therapy Parking Only, and respect others by parking appropriately. Thank you!

We do not require you to wear a mask, but if you would like to wear one please do! And if you’d like your therapist to wear one, do not hesitate to let us know!

Janna graduated as her class representative and co-valedictorian in 2018 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s New Westminster campus.

Using her calm and inquisitive nature, as well as confident communication and hands-on skills, she strives to find the source of pain and discomfort in those seeking her help and does her best to ensure each person receives the most appropriate treatment possible to reach their massage therapy goals. Janna uses a combination of Swedish massage, fascial techniques, stretching, deeper neuromuscular techniques, as well as joint mobilizations in practice.

In her spare time, she keeps busy with her husband, son, dog and reptiles while still finding time to bake, garden and have a regular yoga practice.

Erinn grew up in Kamloops, even after visiting over 30 countries, BC still has her heart. She can’t see herself living elsewhere. Like many RMT’s she moved to Vernon for massage school, graduated in 2021 and it’s been home ever since.

Growing up playing competitive sports and being surrounded by family in health care made her passionate about health and wellness from the get go. Illness, injury and stress present themselves differently in each of us and to treat the source rather than the symptoms.

Whatever the reason may be, Erinn believes in incorporating both an orthopaedic and relaxing approach to help your mind and body feel their best.

Michelle obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics in 2015 at Trinity Western University and then continued on to receive her massage diploma from OVCMT in 2018.

Michelle is passionate about health and wellness. She understands the demand that every day life and sports have on our bodies. She enjoys learning new things about the human body on a daily bases and strives to find the root cause of pain. Michelle uses a variety of techniques and loves incorporating deep tissue and myofascial release into her treatments. Recently Michelle took the k-taping course and finds it to be a great addition at the end of a treatment! In her free time she enjoys going for hikes, exploring lakes in the area and spending time at the barn or on the road with her horse heading to barrel races.

Jolene’s passion for massage therapy was sparked by her extensive background in ballet and a severe injury that impacted her dancing. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in massage therapy.

After graduating from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in November 2023, she became dedicated to helping clients recover from musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain. She customizes each session to meet her client’s specific needs by utilizing techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep and soft tissue work, neuromuscular techniques, and facilitated stretching.

Alisha graduated from OVCMT in 2014. She has always been passionate about health and wellness and helping people decrease pain in their daily lives.

She has taken multiple courses to expand her knowledge in myofasical manipulation, visceral (organ) release, as well as a kinesio- taping course to encourage the muscles to release even after the massage session is complete.

Alisha also uses deep tissue and relaxation techniques to be effective but also help calm the body systems.

Meet Natalie Chester, she graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2023.

She uses a variety of relaxation and moderate to deep techniques to help work towards your treatment goals. These include Swedish massage, trigger point release, neuromuscular techniques and facilitated stretching.    

Natalie is from a small town on Vancouver Island. She decided to moved to Vernon to attend OVCMT, and liked the area so much she decided to stay. In her spare time, she likes to enjoy the outdoors including skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, paddleboarding, gardening, swimming, CrossFit and exploring new places.

Brooklyn graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2023. She has been drawn to massage from a young age as she noted the healing properties of this therapy during her many years of competition with her soccer team.

Brooklyn looks to create a safe and welcoming environment for anyone who is seeking a tailored treatment to their individual needs or simply looking for a relaxing massage. She enjoys researching information on the human body to investigate the various aspects which contribute to chronic and acute pain as well as massage practices to decrease these issues.

Brooklyn offers techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, Swedish massage and neuromuscular modalities. She has noted the benefits of massage in both addressing ongoing issue as well as preventative “maintenance”.

She is excited to cater to a wide variety of injuries with focus on treating migraines/headaches, whiplash and sports injuries, using a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, fascial release and Graston therapy; using stainless steel instruments to mobilize soft tissue and increase healing time. This is indicated for most soft tissue injuries at all stages of healing.
